To more efficiently serve our valued customers we are discontinuing our "Product Information e-mail service" and invite you to make your inquiries the old fashioned way...please phone us. Be patient and join us in our challenge to the culture of productivity, speed and consumerism. When you phone, please have the product code on hand. The product code appears at the bottom of the page that displays your item of choice. Our staff will contact you as soon as possible to answer any questions you may have regarding availability, shipping requirements or payment.
Please note: We are a retail store as well as a virtual warehouse and are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

PAYMENT
Prices quoted are in Canadian Dollars. We accept cheque (with photo id & credit card, money order, Visa or Mastercard & email money transfer.
All orders must be prepaid. We do not ship COD.
TAXES
Prices do not include applicable taxes. Ontario residents pay Provincial
Sales Tax. Canadians pay 5% GST. (If you are PST exempt we will fax you an Exemption Form which you must complete and return). Goods shipped outside of Canada are tax exempt.
DISCOUNTS
Our pricees are based on the item's condition & scarcity. We do not haggle.

CONDITION OF ITEMS
Goods are priced, purchased & shipped "AS IS". You must
inspect your purchase & be aware of idiosyncrasies. We try to identify
deficiencies, offer no warranties, but will pass along third party warranties,
if any.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We cannot confirm the condition of sold items after they've left our premises.
We refuse returns without prior approval. Claims must be made within 7
days of receipt of goods. Freight damage must be claimed against the carrier.
Restocking fee is 25%.
DELIVERIES
Please contact us for a list of independent operators.
SHIPPING
The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. We will ship via Transport, Canada Post, Fed Ex, UPS or Can Par. The choice is yours. We will give you an estimate for shipping prior to sale. You must provide a Postal/Zip code for us to quote on shipping. Shipped goods are
packaged or crated by us with care but we are not responsible for them
after they leave our store. Insurance in connection with their safe carriage
can be arranged at buyer's cost, upon request.
